Mekkoramár…
“maybe I only fell in love with the idea of falling in love with you” I just wrote my boyfriend about my feelings about him, it ended up being a crazy, melodramatic rambling, but I don’t care, I’m just scared if I scared him of, or something
I think it’s really common after an early lighter dinner to feel hungry around midnight, especially if you’re staying up late, so what to do? Most people will look grab something from a kitchen, like some chips, or other snacks, but what if you’re out of any snacks but you’d like to eat something quickly…
I discovered the best solution for myself:
Grab an egg, some vegetables, salt, milk and some spices (I used some curry)
Chop some vegetables, I had some carrots, onion and paprika, start to fry them in some olive oil, meanwhile grab a small mixing bowl, whisk the egg(s) together, add a hint of milk (not necessary) and a bit of curry and salt, when the vegetables got soft enough, (don’t over fry them or burn them) add this egg mix to the pan, mix it with our vegetables add some more curry if you’d like and you’re done, it doesn’t take more than 10-15 minutes tops and you have some delicious, easy to make food to eat, feel free to eat out of the pan. (Less dish to wash ;))
Of course you can add some meat, or use for example some oregano and basil instead of curry.
Enjoy!
“I’m wild….in the kitchen!” always some new scars, but there’s no need for extreme sports, just an onion and a sharp knife and I have no perfect nails on either of my thumbs. :DD
Recently on my mind…
“I was crying over you
I am smiling, I think of you”

Merry Christmas! Now I am going to watch My week with Marilyn. :)))
I miss the sunny days…

—No need to rub your eyes, clean your screen, or cry photoshop. This awesomely warped building is completely real. Known as Krzywy Domek, translated from Polish as “Crooked House”, is a shopping center in Sopot, Poland that curves and slants like something from a cartoon. Were it part of a cartoon there would no doubt be some suitably merry music playing as the building happily swayed.
“Designed by Szotyńscy & Zaleski, the multipurpose building boasts a unique look that was inspired by the fairy tale illustrations of Jan Marcin Szancer and Per Dahlberg.”
If we had to pick any new building for our offices, this one would be a serious contender.

So simple but beautiful
